Your payment is protected by 3D Security, a system that provides a higher level of authentication. During the payment process, the issuing bank determines whether the cardholder's identity is verified or if further authentication is required. If so, the issuing bank verifies the cardholder's identity using a one-time SMS access code or another method.

Once you have placed and paid for your order, you will no longer be able to modify or cancel it. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at contact@affinessence.com, and they will do everything they can to help you.
SHIPPING-DELIVERY

We ship our perfumes internationally. However, it is best to check with your country's regulations to see if receiving perfume is permitted and what customs duties may apply. Affinessence assumes no responsibility for any import restrictions on alcoholic products, nor for any taxes or fees (including customs duties) that our products may incur upon entry into the country of delivery specified by the buyer.

Upon receipt of your order, it will be prepared the next business day and shipped either the same day or the following business day. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your package to its destination.
For your information, the following delivery times are provided by the carriers we work with. These are estimates and vary depending on the destination. For long-distance destinations, we prioritize express delivery, which ensures better service. However, we appreciate your patience when circumstances beyond our control or force majeure events extend the usual delivery times.
- For France: Deliveries usually take 3 to 5 working days.
- For Europe and the UK: Deliveries usually take 5 to 10 working days.
- For the rest of the world: Deliveries usually take 10 to 20 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

If you received the confirmation email when your order was shipped, and the delivery time exceeds the announced times (up to 5 days for France, 10 days for Europe, and up to 20 days internationally), please contact our customer service at admin@affinessence.com .

If you are present at the time of delivery, do not accept the package, take a photo of the damaged part if possible, then send an email attaching the photo and indicating your contact details and your order number, to our customer service at admin@affinessence.com .

RETURNS

Except for your right of withdrawal*, and except for product defects rendering it unfit for consumption*, we do not accept any returns.

ACCOUNT

You can create your Affinessence customer account by clicking on "Your Account" in the top right menu of our website. Then click "Register" and enter your email address and the required information marked with an asterisk. Finally, click "Submit." A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when creating your account. If you need help or require further information, please contact our Customer Service department.

You can modify your Affinessence account information in the "My Account" section. In the "Login" section, click on "Forgot your password?". Then enter your username/email address, and you will receive a link by email to create a new password.

You can modify your Affinessence account information from the "My Account" section. Enter your username and password and, once logged in, go to the "Account Details" section to modify information and/or change your password.
